CrossFit Fair Oaks Ranch is excited to announce the launch of our Sports Performance Program starting Summer 2018.

The program is a non-sport specific strength, conditioning and mobility initiative which will focus on technique and fundamentals to help build the foundations of becoming a better athlete.  The program will follow the methodology of CrossFit, utilizing functional movements that are constantly varied, being performed at high intensity.

This will benefit the athletes as the focus of the training will be to improve the athlete’s ability to become better at critical skills.  These general skills include Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Olympic lifting form commonly performed in most high schools, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

The program is designed for the male and female High School level athlete, ages 14-19, who are looking to better prepare themselves for competitive sport such as soccer, basketball, football, softball, baseball, etc.  This program is only for those who are committed to consistently attending the days the program is scheduled, and giving their best effort.  If attended regularly, the program will help athletes become stronger, faster, quicker and be more well rounded.

The program will be run by Aaron Bielefeldt.  Aaron is the Head Coach and Manager of CrossFit Fair Oaks Ranch and has been coaching athletes of all ages for over 10 years.
